The Installation Meeting of Croydon Preceptory
In June as an Honorary Member, I visited Croydon Preceptory No 198 to join their installation meeting and was immediately asked to act as Marshal for the opening of the Preceptory, which I was happy to do.
After the Preceptory was opened and the minutes taken Knight Brian Pulley was installed as Eminent Preceptor by E.Kt. Garth Blanchard in a sincere manner.
The Eminent Preceptor then invited me to present a Great Priory Certificate to Knight Mark Carter, which it was a pleasure to do.
The Preceptory was closed and a Priory of Knights of Malta was opened. Knight Brian Pulley was installed as Eminent Prior. After the Priory was closed the Knights of Croydon Preceptory and their guests dined together in fraternal union at the Croydon Masonic Hall.
